AI NameHub ("we", "us", "our") is a free, client-side name generation tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our website at ainamehub.com (the "Service") and how it is handled.

2.1 Information stored locally on your device

AI NameHub runs entirely in your browser using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We do not operate a backend server or database. The following data is stored only in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to us:

  • Your saved favorite names
  • Your recent search history (keyword, industry, style)
  • Your light/dark theme preference

This data remains on your device and browser. Clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or switching devices will remove or fail to show this information.

2.2 Information submitted via the Contact form

Our Contact page opens your default email client with a pre-filled message. We only receive the information you choose to send via email — your name, email address, and message content — which you control directly.

2.3 Automatically collected information

If hosted on standard web infrastructure, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes, consistent with standard web server logs.

3. How we use information

  • To operate and improve the name generation features
  • To remember your preferences (theme, favorites, recent searches) between visits on the same device
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact page

4. Cookies and tracking

AI NameHub does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Local storage used for favorites and theme preference is functional only and not used for tracking or advertising purposes.

5. Third-party services

Our site may load fonts from Google Fonts, which may process technical request data (such as IP address) according to Google's own privacy policy. We do not control third-party data practices.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Since AI NameHub has no backend, there is no central database of user data to share.

7. Your choices

  • You can clear your favorites and recent searches at any time using your browser's site data settings, or the "Clear recent" control in the app.
  • You can disable cookies and local storage in your browser settings, though this will prevent favorites and theme preference from being remembered.

8. Children's privacy

AI NameHub is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
