By accessing or using AI NameHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of service

AI NameHub provides a free, browser-based tool that generates suggested business names, brand names, startup names, YouTube channel names, domain ideas, app names, store names, and social media usernames. All generation happens client-side in your browser; no account is required.

3. No guarantee of availability or trademark clearance

Names, domains, and usernames generated by the Service are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that any suggested name is:

• Available for trademark registration in any jurisdiction
• Free of existing trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property conflicts
• Available as a domain name or social media handle at the time of viewing

You are solely responsible for conducting your own trademark search, domain availability check, and legal due diligence before adopting any name commercially.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service
• Misrepresent generated content as legally cleared or guaranteed available

5. Intellectual property

The AI NameHub website design, code, and branding are owned by AI NameHub. Names generated through the Service are provided to you for your own use; we make no claim of ownership over names you choose to adopt.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI NameHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any business, branding, or legal costs resulting from use of a generated name.

8. Local storage data

Favorites and recent searches are stored in your browser's local storage. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser cache clearing, device changes, or browser settings.

9. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where AI NameHub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
